Our new HR team

Shropdoc is all about people….

Our role is to help people, be on the end of the phone for them, come to their aid and ‘keep the patient at the heart of everything we do’.

The HR department has the same aim - but with the Shropdoc team at the heart of what they do!

The HR team has undergone a number of staffing changes over the past few months and with a new team now in place and the Shropdoc values firmly in their sights, it is a very exciting time.

Meet our new HR team

Kayleigh Davies heads up the HR team and is focusing on building the People Agenda for Shropdoc, along with ensuring that the company values and people are at the heart of what we do.

Sarah Paine is the HR Business Partner and is undertaking the day-to-day management of all casework and people-related issues across the business. Sarah works hand in hand with line managers to ensure people matters are addressed, and the team supported.

Clare Doran is an HR Advisor and is taking a more leading role in all people-related issues including sickness management, casework and on-boarding - supported by Sarah. This is in addition to work she undertakes with Occupational Health and Recruitment.

Sharon Jochun has recently joined the team and will concentrate on supporting the HR team with recruitment and people administration in her role as HR Assistant.

Also an HR Assistant within the team, Gosia Danielska will work part-time and be the main point of contact for all Rota Master queries, training compliance and reporting. 

It is an exciting opportunity to build and grow the People Agenda for our team here at Shropdoc, and we are looking forward to launching a number of initiatives in the coming months - and welcoming more members to our growing organisation.
