A new member of the team

Shropdoc has welcomed a new face to the HR team, with Magdalena Pych taking up the role of HR Administrator.

Magda brings a wealth of HR administrative experience alongside a CIPD Level 5 qualification and will be supporting Shropdoc with its employee and GP recruitment, training, occupational health and general HR queries.

 

Collaborative working and improvement

Magda has worked in HR for nearly ten years, supporting a wide variety of organisations, and is passionate about bringing out the best in staff and teams through collaborative working and continuous improvement.

Sarah Paine, HR Business Partner, said: “We are absolutely delighted that Magda has joined our team.

“The addition of Magdalena will help us to continue delivering excellence to all our colleagues and ensuring that our values and people are at the heart of what we do.”

 

Performance, delivery and development

Magda will be based at the offices in Shrewsbury and is looking forward to providing HR support for teams across the organisation.

She said: “Shropdoc play a vital role within our local communities, and our staff really make us what we are. 

“Everyone is so friendly and also professional. I take great pride in that and look forward to supporting our teams and individuals in any way I can.”

 

Joining the team

Magda joins Kayleigh Davies, Sarah Paine, Clare Doran and Gosia Danielska in the HR team. 

Kayleigh, Head of HR, drives and supports the business and its senior team to achieve its strategic objectives and goals through the investment of our people, underpinned by the Shropdoc Values of Integrity, Community, Quality, Kindness and Development. 

Sarah, HR Business Partner, works closely and proactively with line managers on a daily basis, ensuring a timely response to people issues. Sarah also works towards operationally driving the business’s strategic objectives and goals, through continuous positive change and added-value for the organisation, teams and individuals. 

HR Advisor, Clare, takes a leading role in all people-related issues, including sickness management, casework and on boarding, supported by Sarah, as well as working on occupational health and recruitment.

Gosia is our part-time HR Administrator, and is the main point of contact for all Rota Master queries, training compliance and reporting.
