Healthwatch Palliative Care Survey
At the start of the COVID19 pandemic, Shropdoc set up an out-of-hours Palliative Care helpline in Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin and Powys to ensure that patients, their carers, and relatives had timely access to the support they needed during a very difficult time.
Shropdoc would now like to assess how effective the helpline has been in supporting people.
Healthwatch in Shropshire has considerable expertise in running surveys and have kindly agreed to build and host a survey.
